Operations Alert Text Messages: Sign Up

This is the sign up page for AFX Logistics Operations Alerts, our text message program for critical operational alerts. Signing up is entirely optional and takes one step: you enter your own mobile number below and check the consent box yourself. This form is the only way a number is ever added to the program.

Consent to receive these texts is not required for anything. It is not a condition of employment, of being hired, of staying on the on call rotation, of creating an account, of buying anything, or of completing any transaction with AFX Logistics. AFX retains separate operational escalation channels, including authenticated dashboards and email.

What you will receive

Event-driven internal security, fraud, business, and platform alerts only. No marketing or promotions. A message may include an authenticated AFX administrator link, and every message identifies AFX Logistics. Examples of the alert format:

We do not send tracking, GPS, geofence, ETA, check-call, routine carrier, pickup, in-transit, or delivery-status updates through this program.

How we handle your number

Your mobile number and name are encrypted. We record the date, time, consent version, a hash of the exact wording, and one-way digests of the originating IP address and user agent so we can show how consent was obtained without retaining those telemetry values in plain text. That information is not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
